LUCA BORNOFFI
BIOGRAphy
Born in 1980 (Mantua, Italy)
I grew up on a farm among horses, in a wild environment and for me it is very important to always be surrounded by colors. We often forget where colors come from, especially in nature. When you look at nature, you see this really amazing color and wonder how it is possible to create such a strong color. The biggest inspiration for him and his art was when he started working with more geometric styles. More recently he moved on to circles (circle of life), because circles can represent different things, they represent the core of life, where we come from and represent connections. They represent the coincidences of life and the imperfections of life.
His curiosity and desire to discover and observe diversity led him to make numerous trips to more than 40 countries.
After graduating and thanks to his long travels he began to think more frequently about bright colors, driven by the idea that some of these could somehow instill euphoria, light-heartedness, escape and well-being… and with all these notions he decided to start transmitting all his concepts on canvas. And this is how his artistic journey began, completely instinctive where through his work he tries to express the imperfections of life using colors as an ideological source of serenity and joy.
Luca has also founded an Art Eco Design Farm Resort, Beatilla, completely designed and decorated with his own eco design artworks and furniture, based on a recycling concept. He is combining various artistic performances with other artists from all over the world, to carry out his project of creating limited edition art, where different cultures, emotions, feelings, are involved and mixed together on the same canvas, in that moment, happening right once.
