ONLINE SALES – CONTEMPORARY
We are visible on international art platforms, which for some years have been promoting online sales through plug-ins called ‘Make offer‘ & ‘Buy now’.
Specifically, we have a profile on a paid art platform specialized in contemporary works by emerging artists with a market value to be consolidated yet.
The program that the gallery offers is:
the Artist selects and prepares a list of works (from 1 to 10) reporting the details and the sale price for each ones
the Gallery completes the list with some necessary informations to be shared with the Artist (commissions, portal fees, works links).
Once the agreement has been reached a consignment agreement between the Gallery and the Artist with the works that will virtually be given on ‘sales consignment’ to the gallery).
the work (physically) remains with the artist (who during the online promotion can sell the work without restrictions, he only has to keep us
periodically updated in order to remove the sold painting from the portal, perhaps replacing it with another one)
in case of sale, the Gallery and the Artist will have to synchronize for the shipment
once the work has been delivered and the payment has been received, the Gallery will transfer the due fee to the Artist (there will be a
consignment agreement between the Gallery and the Artist with the works which will virtually be given on consignment to the gallery).
Important note
The publication will be free of charge, the commission of the Gallery is on the sale.
Given the maximum freedom and absence of constraints, trusting in the professionalism of the actors, mutual seriousness and correctness
remain understood; if the sale is induced thanks to the agreed system, the Gallery and the Artist will have to respect what has been agreed.
The online showcase will allow the artist to advertise himself.
